BOOKING
How do I book an appointment?
Browse our services and use the Book Now button to choose your service, date, and time. You'll receive a confirmation once your booking is complete. If you have any trouble booking, contact us and we'll be happy to help.
ON-LOCATION & STUDIO
Do you come to me?
Yes. We offer on-location hair and makeup throughout New York City, New Jersey, Philadelphia, and beyond for a small travel fee. We also welcome clients at our Jersey City studio.
Is there a travel fee?
On-location appointments include a travel fee based on distance from our Jersey City studio. You'll see the fee before you confirm, and longer distances are quoted individually.
What do you need at my location?
A table or counter, a chair, good natural or overhead light, and access to an outlet. That's it — we bring everything else.
POLICIES & PREP
What is required to reserve my date?
A deposit reserves your appointment and is applied toward your total. The remaining balance is due at the appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can reschedule for free with at least 48 hours' notice. Deposits are non-refundable, but we'll always do our best to find you a new time that works.
Do you work with all skin tones and hair textures?
Always. Our artists are selected for their range across skin tones, hair textures, ages, and personal styles.
